Their resubmission process for documentation is so confusing, even healthcare professionals don't understand what Ameriflex is asking for. When you do finally submit the right documentation, they don't spend any time reading it or analyzing it. If the details aren't in BIG BOLD WRITING at the top of the page, they will deny it again. This is one of the worst consumer experiences I have ever faced, and will never use them again.By Tim Conklin, August 03, 2017
